Perth Fashion Festival 2006
Message to Perth Fashion Lovers is LOUD and Clear
One of the most exciting events at this year’s Perth Fashion Festival will take place at Fashion Central in Forrest Place on Friday September 22nd.
Perth’s hottest models will hit the Fashion Central runway showcasing the latest designs from WA’s most exciting young designers including Birgitta Helmersson, Joot Designs, KV Reyers, mandi Mac, Prude, Pure Soul and Teresa Giorgi. The event aptly named “Fashionably LOUD!” is presented by
The Designedge fashion incubator, a creative retail outlet that showcases the talents of local fashion designers located at the Belmont Forum Shopping complex.
The largest community incubator of it’s kind in Australia the outlet not only gives local fashion designers a chance to display their work but it gives interested parties the chance to make an appointment and meet the designer in person. 
Also on display will be designs by Mutter, minniMon, Koi Koi, LZ, Zip Fashion House and accessories from Anna Shepherd Jewellery, Brag Bags by Jenny Spring and Monkey Shine by Elaine Macleod.
Entertainment will be provided by up and coming singing sensation Anthony Snape and everyone is welcome at the official after party hosted by Bar138.
Along with seeing first hand what these exciting local fashion labels have to offer other interested designers  can access information about how Designedge can assist them with online mentoring & small business telephone support, how they can gain access to the TCFL small business information service web site and FAQ section or attend specialised small business skills workshops delivered nationally
